Shu Tong Pe(wooden bridege)#Maehongson

                    Shu Tong Pe(wooden bridge)










Information:

The material is wooden(bamboo),so it is not strong.A monk and native people must repair it all season.

Bamboo bridge over a length of 500 meters.The villagers is a person who devoted a field dedicated to building this bridge .The village is more convenient.

"ซูตองเป้" (Su-Tong-Pe) it is Thai Yai word that mean prayer success.This bridge is a symbol of prayer success in the village.

Locate:
Samnaksongthammaphusana,Baan kung Mai sak,Moo.2, Tumbon Pangmoo, Maehongson 58000.

How to go there?

From Mae Hong Son, approximately 10 kilometers by 1095 road.
There are 2 way to go there.
1. crossroads Bann Kung Mai Sak or  Kung Mai Sak village .Turn left and go approximately 1.5 km.to the intersection of village.Turn right into the streets of the village. You can park at the Kung Mai Sak  Temple.


2. intersection of Samnaksongthammaphusana. Turn left from the entrance Over a distance of 1 kilometer.They are found rough road.

***Tip***

-They ought to go on Morning during 06.00-08.00 am.(good pics)
-They can put  food offering a monk in morning
-They found good view in cool or raining season because it is good view
-I and friend met with a leader or a monk of temple, He said' The tourist interesting only take a photo at Shu Tong Pe (the tourist not care history of temple or to do in there)

Advantages:

2.fresh air
3.Native villager
4.green life
5.clean life
6.silence 
7.lovely a monk

Disadvantages:
1.hot weather during 11.00-12.00 am.(I am here)
2.rough  road if they choose the second way.It is dangerous(I am here/I and friend)
